YOG FELLOWSHIP is a non-profit organization established in 1983 dedicated toward the science of Kriyayoga meditation, a non-sectarian spiritual practice. Persons of any age, faith, gender, race, physical or mental ability are welcome to learn this scientific technique at no charge.

Kriyayoga Meditation is an ancient, yet evernew, time-tested practice based on scientific principles. It reconciles the disparity between all things: good and bad, science and religion, body and mind. Sincere practitioners of the technique have been proven to realize the complete cure of physical maladies such as high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, osteoporosis, arthritis, etc. Depression, anxiety, and other mental suffering also ends as there is a significant expansion of power, peace and intelligence that charges the life of a sincere practitioner with confidence and understanding, increasing general wellbeing and contentment.

As taught by Swami Sri Yogi Satyam, and as introduced by Sri Sri Paramahansa Yogananda (author of Autobiography of a Yogi) to the West in 1920, the practice finds merit to unite all of humanity by its universal principles and application of truth and non-violence.

The centre offers students regular group meditation, residential healing programs, and mini-retreats. Also available, upon request, are introductory sessions. Kindly contact the centre for the current schedule.
