My name is Andrew McDonnell and I am the owner / operator of MAC Wellness - operating out of Absolute Health & Fitness in Waterloo (King + Columbia). I have been a personal trainer for 7 very successful years and have over 3 years experience with nutritional consultations as well.

I am an Assistant Pro Trainer with Can-Fit-Pro certifying new trainers in the area and in addition to this, look for my RogersTV spot on "Grand River Living" as I am the Health & Wellness Correspondant.
