I hope you guys will train the costumer service
If costumer service is not satisfied where they work they should quit.If they have a problem with their husband or boyfriend is not seniors fault.

I called today on April 21 at 10:15am Mobility plus to book a ride she answer so poor and hung up on me without any info , i called again and waited 30 minutes then i called again she picked up she didn't care .
She get paid to do the work and help seniors.
I don't understand why the city waste money on thise insane people its better to fire all off them on mobility plus.
