We are a group of individuals who seek to help others experience the peace and satisfaction of meditation. We teach an anciety form of meditation know as mantra meditation where one focuses there mind on transcendental sounds. We teach meditation classes and yoga philosophy in the Kitchener Waterloo Cambridge area. All of our meditation classes are free of charge.
